By way of the present OA, the applicant seeks the following relief:

“8.1 Quash and set-aside order dated Nill (Annexure A- 1) Quash and Set aside the PPO to the extent that the last pay drawn should be fixed at Rs.37500/-(Annexure A-2) and all dues may be paid at the rate of 37500/ along with consequential benefits i.e. arrears and interest

8.2 Quash and set aside order/ le
