The applicant who is the wife of late Shri. Ramesh Singh, Ex-Technician -Grade I, Northern Railway, Dehradun by means of the present application has invoked the jurisdiction of this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking main relief(s) [As extracted from the OA) reads as:
