Per Hon’ble Mr. M.S. Latif, Member (Judl.):- Through the medium of the instant O.A., the applicant has sought for the following reliefs:
a. Allow this Original Application and direct the Respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation of the Applicant for grant of Study Leave/Special Leave to complete e the left over duration of the DN .Neurology course at SKIMS pursue the DM (Neurology) course at SKIMS Deemed University, Srinagar, in a time-bound manner.
b. Pass an order directing the Respondents to grant Study Leave in favour of the Applicant, with all consequential benefits including continuity of service and protection of lien on the post of Assistant Professor (General Medicine) in the Respondent Department.
c. Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present, circumstance and facts of the case may also be passed in favour of the App
