ORDER
Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J):-
In the present Original Application, filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant has prayed for the following relief(s):
1) Issue an appropriate order or direction, to declare as illegal, and to quash and to set aside, the impugned order no. 76/2019 dated 18.06.2019 and order issued from F. No. C-50/50/2019-Ad.II dated 17.09.2019 and to reinstate the Applicant along with the consequential benefits of arrears of salary, rank and increments with interest @ 18% р.а.
II) Issue directions to the Respondents to continue the Applicant in service with all consequential benefits till he attains the age of superannuation.
III) Exemplary cost be imposed on respondents for causing undue harassment to the Applicant.
IV) Any other relief which is found just and proper be passed in favour of the applicant in the interest of justice."
