ORDER
The applicant is a 1998 batch IAS officer allotted to Kerala cadre, with effect from 1.1.1998. He has been serving in the State of Kerala in various capacities. Since 1.1.2023, he was the Principal Secretary to Government (Agriculture) and also the Agricultural Production Commissioner in, one above Super Time Scale (ASTS Pay Band : Rs. 1,82,200-2,24,100/-).
