By way of the present O.A. filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , the applicant has prayed for the following relief(s):-
“(i) To quash and set aside the impugned order passed by the respondent vide letter no. E(G)1135/10 dated 04.02.2025;
(ii) to direct the respondents that copy of the options exercised by the applicant should be forwarded to the Board’s office (Secretary’s Confdl. Cell) for record and necessary action for continue in service beyond 62 years of age to 65 years as per para-6 of RBE No. 144/2018.
(iii) any other relief, which this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case, may also be passed.
(iv) cost of the present case may be awaded in favour of the Applicant and against the respondents.”
