The present O.A. has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking following reliefs:-
“8. (i) That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned order dt.1.12.2014 (Annex.A/1) and order dated 15.10.2015 only in respect of the applicant and only to the extend by which the applicant has been granted the arrears of difference of pay and allowances for the upgraded post w.e.f. 1.1.1996 to 8.8.1999, declaring to the effect that same are illegal, arbitrary, and discriminatory and consequently pass an order directing the respondents to grant the arrears of difference of pay and allowances to the applicant for the upgraded posts of Supervisor Grade-I in the
