The applicant has approached this Tribunal for the following relief:
“…to declare the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in considering the representation submitted by the applicant on 23.06.2025 and also proceedings No. CA-8/2094/75 dt. 03.05.2025 of the 3rd Respondent and the letter No. A/00327/DSC-2 dt. 15.04.2025 of the 2nd Respondent referred to therein in transferring the applicant from the office of the 6th respondent to the office of the 5th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, bad in law, capricious, discriminatory, violative of Art. 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the transfer guidelines/ policy issued by the Respondents and consequently by setting aside the same, direct the Respondents to retain the applicant as Upper Division Clerk under the control of the 6th Respondent as before or in any other unit within their jurisdiction at Hyderabad or Secunderabad in the interest of justice with all consequential and attendant benefits and pass such other order, or orders as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
