ORDER
By Hon’ble Mr. Justice Om Prakash-VII, Member (J)
The present Original Application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 for the following reliefs:-
i) The Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 31.1.2011 (Annexure A-1) and dated 01.06.2011 (Annexure A-2) respectively with all consequential benefits.
ii) The Hon’ble Tribunal may further graciously be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to refund the deducted amount recovered on the basis of the impugned orders after quashing of the same with interest.
iii) Any other suitable order or direction which the Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
