1. The present Original Application has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 against the transfer order dated 19.09.2023 passed by the Sub Divisional Engineer (Administration), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Himachal Pradesh whereby the applicant has been transferred from JTO, BSNL, Nahan to BA-Solan, BSNL Solan, H.P. (Annexure A-I).
2. The applicant has sought the following relief:-
