ORDER
Hon'ble Dr. Sumeet Jerath, Member (A):
The instant OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking the following reliefs:-
"(i) to quash and set aside the decision of the Selection Committee not recommending the name of the applicant to the post of Assistant Professor in Geriatric Medicine under OBC Category,
(ii) to quash and set aside the decision of the Governing Body taken on 09.10.2022, 06.12.2022 and communicated to the applicant vide Office Memorandum dated 03.01.2023,
(iii) to call for entire records with regard to the selection process undergone by the respondent for the said post of Assistant Professor in Geriatric Medicine, from the Respondent,
(iv) to grant costs of this application to the applicants herein, and
(v) to pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the interes
