“8.1 That your Lordships may graciously be pleased to quash and set aside the Orders dated 20.08.2018 passed by the Respondent No.2 as contained in Annexure A/11 together with Removal from Service Order dated 03.10.2013 passed by the Respondent No.3 as contained in Annexure-A/7 together with Inquiry Report dated 30.07.2013/07.09.2013 as contained in Annexure-A/6.
8.3 Any other relief or reliefs including the cost of the proceeding may be allowed in favour of the Applicant.”
3. While working under Respondent No.4, applicant received one Charge Memorandum dated 04.01.2013 (Annexure-A/2) under Rule 14 of the CCS (CCA) Rules 1965 alleging misconduct behavior of the applicant. It is also stated by the applicant
