1. Two original applications have been filed by the respective applicants under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985, seeking the following reliefs :-
"8. A. Declare the action of the respondent of not calling to conduct the interview of the applicant for the post of assistant nursing superintendent as unjust, arbitrary and illegal.
B. Direct the respondent to conduct the interview of the applicant before declaring the final selected candidates list in time bound manner.
C. Award exemplary cost upon the respondents in the facts and circumstances of the case.
D. Such further order or orders, direction/directions may be passed by this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the accordance with law.
AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE HUMBLE AS THE APPLICANT IS VERY DUTY BOUND, SHALL EVER PRAY."
