O R D E R
The applicants have filed this application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:
(b) quash the impugned order No.4038/1092 dated 11.08.2021 at Annexure A15 issued by R-1 and impugned order No.SM/02/02//2021 dated 25.08.2021 at Annexure A17 issued by R-2 and impugned order No.14/1902-MACP (Genl) dt.30.11.2021/03.01.2022 at Annexure A18 issued by R-1 and impugned order No.05 (Adm) dated 17.03.2022 at Annexure A20 issued by R-3 as arbitrary, unjust, unfair and bad in law and against the orders of the Hon’ble Apex court at Annexure A19.
(d) pass any other order or direction as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Tribunal including an order for award of cost of this application in the interest of justice and equity.”
