ORDER
Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The SWP/WP(C) No. 284/2012 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A. No. 61/5117/2021 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court with following prayer:
a) “Allow this writ petition of the petitioner.
b) Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to declare the merit position and the result of the petitioner for the post of teacher district cadre reasi.
c) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for the said post as per the merit of the petitioner.
d) Issue writ in the nature of the Mandamus directing the respondents not to finalize the selection process till the petitioner is considered for the said post as per the merit.
