This Original Application has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal’s Act. 1985 to claim the following reliefs:
“(i) CALL for relevant records relating to the impugned order of transfer bearing file No.A- 22/13/1/AGT/GR.A/2025-E-1 dated 4/4/2025 passed by the 4th respondent vide Annexure-A2 and the consequential order of relieving dated 22/4/2025 bearing file No. A- 22/13/1/AGT/GR.A/2025-E-1 dated 22/04/2025 vide Annexure-A3 issued by the 4th respondent, PERUSE AND QUASH the same as being arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory and violative of Article 14,16(1) of the Constitution of India and allow the Applicant to continue at Mangalore
