1. The SWP/WP(C) No. 2001/2013 & 1508//2013 were transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu and were registered as T.A. Nos. 61/6974/2021 & 5100/2021 respectively by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matters were filed before the Hon’ble High Court with following prayer:

1. TA 6974/2021

a) “Allow the present writ petition,

b) Issue a writ of Certiorari quashing the select list issued vide notification dated 03-07-2013 by the respondent no.3 with respect to the post of Instructor Hand Embroidery and Machine Knitting respectively,

Or

c) Issue writ of certiorari quashing the selection of respondents No.4 & 5 for the post of Instructor Hand Embroidery and Machine Knitting respectively,

d) Issue the writ of Mandamus commanding respondents to select and appoint the petitioner against the post of Instructor Hand Embroidery and Machine Knitting respectively,

Or

e) Any other writ, Order or direction which the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
