M.A./3132/2025 Application filed by two applicants to file present O.A. jointly.
2. Present O.A. has been filed by two applicants, both working as Project Support Staff in CDAC Noida on CDAC pay roll on contractual basis, seeking common relief to set aside advertisement dated 14.06.2025 for post of Admn. Executive and Sr. Assistant and regularize their services with all consequential benefits.
3. In view of the averments made in the M.A./3132/2025 and common relief sought with common intention, applicants are granted permission to contest jointly.
