Hon'ble Dr. Sumeet Jerath, Member (A):
The instant OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:-
“a) Direct the respondents to allow the applicant to submit her documents for document verification and
b) Direct the respondents to further consider and appoint the applicant to the post of Supervisor Grade II (Female) (Post Code 212/14).
c) Accord all consequential benefits including monetary and seniority benefits.
d) Award costs of the proceedings; and e) Pass any other order/direction which this Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in favour of the applicant and against the respondents in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. The factual matrix of the case as per the counsel of the applicant is that pursuant to the vacancy notification issued by the respondents for the post of Supervisor Grade-II, the applicant applied for the same under OBC category. She appeared in the written exam held on 05.03.2017 wherein she was shortlisted as she secured 96 marks.
