ORDER
Per : Kumar Rajesh Chandra, Administrative Member The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 praying for the following relief:
“i) The Respondents may be directed to forthwith grant reversion of the applicant to the Jr. Stenographer (Workshop) in Mechanical Department of the Jamalpur Workshop under Eastern Railway giving benefit of lien and to accept her joining on the said post or any other appropriate post.
ii) The Respondents may be directed to grant all the consequential benefits to the applicant.
iii) Any other relief(s), the applicant would be found entitled to on the facts and in the circumstances of the case.”
2. For the sake of clarity, facts in the case as stated by the applicant in her OA, are delineated and discussed herein under :-
The applicant was duly selected for the post of Junior Stenographer (Workshop) in the Mechanical Department, Jamalpur Workshop under Eastern Railway, through a selection process conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board, Kolkata. The applicant joined the said post on 31.08.2022.
