ORDER
Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The applicants have filed the present Original Applications under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -
a) “allow the instant Original Application;
b) Direct the respondents to rectify the seniority / allotment of year to the applicant from 2009 to 2008 after relaxing the Rules in favour of the applicant as the same was done in favour of various other individuals;
c) Direct the respondent to place the applicant at the bottom of the seniority list of 2008 batch (IFS Exam) 2007 in the All-India Gradation list and also at the bottom of the State Gradation list of IFS officers’ of 2008 batch;
d) Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Tribunal may dee
