Instant OA has been filed by the applicant seeking the following relief(s) :

“8.1 To quash and set aside the impugned Office Order No. C. No. 134335 F. No. 46011/1/2019-IPS-1 (AGMUT) dated 28.02.2025 issued by the Union of India transferring the applicant from Arunachal Pradesh to Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu with immediate effect. [Annexure-A/1].

8.2 To quash and set aside the impugned Office Order No. FOR. 120/ EA/ 2019/12, 9058-99 dated 16.04.2025 by which the applicant was relieved as Chief Conservator of Forest & Field Director, Namdapha National Park and Tiger Reserve with effect from

17.04.2025 (ΑΝ) [Annexure-A/2].

8.3 To quash and set aside the impugned Office Order No. FOR. 120/ EA/ 2019/ 13,991-14,055 dated 08.05.2025 by which the applicant’s effective relieving date as Chief Conservator of Forest & Field Director, Namdapha National Park and Tiger Reserve was extended to 31.05.2025 (AN). [Annexure-A/3]

2. The brief facts of the case as submitted by learned counsel for the applicant are that, applicant is an Indian Forest Service (IFS) Officer presently serving as Chief O.A. No/138/2025 Conservator of Forests (CCF) in the Arunachal Pradesh segment of the Joint AGMUT Cadre and is posted as Field Director, Namdapha National Park and Tiger Reserve, Miao, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh. His year of allotment is 2006.

2.1. That vide Office Order dated 30.12.2024, he was promoted to the grade of Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF) with effect from 01.01.2025. That on promotion to the post of Chief Conservator of Forests, he was retained as Field Director, Namdapha National Park and Tiger Reserve to which post he had been working as Conservator of Forests prior to his promotion as Chief Conservator of Forests.

2.2. Vide Office Order dated 28.02.2025, he was transferred as Chief Conservator of Forests from Arunachal Pradesh to Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu with immediate effect. Prior to his promotion to the post of Chief Conservator of Forests, the Union of India had issued an order dated 28.08.2024 transferring/posting the Respondent 5 as O.A. No/138/2025 Chief Conservator of Forest
