ORDER

In the present O.A., the applicants seek the following reliefs:
“(i)To quash and set aside the impugned order no. PC- V/2014/CC/17/NCR dated 16.3.2021 passed by the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Union of India.
(ii) To direct the Respondents to include the period of training undergone by the Applicants while determining the period of service for grant of benefit under Assured Career Progression Schemes with all consequential benefits including arrears and interest;
(iii) To award costs in favour of the applicant; and
(iv) To pass any order or orders which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem just & equitable in the facts & circumstances of the case.”
