OA No. 3201/2024 is treated as the leading case, as all other OAs involve similar issues. The issues are concerning the applicants' demand for declaration and implementation of the 15% reserve panel. Accordingly, with the consent of all parties, all the OAs were heard together. The brief facts, as emerging are that the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), at the behest of the Delhi Police, issued recruitment notifications for various posts on different dates, as under:-
