By way of this OA filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , the applicant has sought the following relief(s):-
“1. To quash and set aside the impugned Order initiating DE dt. 3.1.2013, Findings, Order of Punishment dt. 25.8.2014 and Appellate Order dt.13.1.2016.
2. To direct the respondents to reinstate the applicant in service with all consequential benefits including promotion/seniority and arrears of pay.
3. To award cost of the proceedings in favor of the applicant and
4. To pass such other and further orders as deemed it and proper in the circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice.”
