ORDER
Per : Hon’ble Kumar Rajesh Chandra, Administrative Member
The applicants have approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 praying for the following relief:
“1. Letter dated 24th April, 2020 issued by the Director/GB, for Director General, Ordnance Factories, Kolkata and Circular No.-217 issued vide Letter No. 010802/OFN/VIG/LDCE-2020 Dated 01.06.2020 by the AD/OL, for General Manager, Ordnance Factory Rajgir, Nalanda as contained in Annexure-A/1-Series, so far the same relates to notifying lesser number of vacancies i.e. only 8 instead of 32 for LDCE for filling up the posts of Chargeman T & NT for the vacancies arising upto 01.01.2020, may be declared erroneous and bad in law.
2. The respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the claim of applicants of enhancement of vacancies from 8 to 32 in terms of settled norms and procedure, as presented by the Employee’s Union of applicants, on behalf of applicants in the representations, as contained in Annexure- A/2- series.
3. Any other relief/ reliefs as the applicant is entitled and Your Lordships may deem
