1. The applicants have filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -
a) “Prayer seeking quashing of the Government Order no. 381- JK-(HE) of 2024 dated 18.07.2024 issued by the respondent no. 1 vide which sanction is accorded to the temporary delegation of Drawing and Disbursing Powers to the Principals/Senior most faculty members of the Government Degree Colleges in addition to their own duties with immediate effect as well as the Government Order No. 297-JK (HE) of 2024 dated 20.05.2024 vide which the claims
