By means of the instant original application filed under section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act 1985, the applicant has prayed for quashing the orders dated 21.08.2012 and 18.10.2021 (wrongly mentioned in the relief clause as 12.08.2012 and 16.10.2021 respectively) and for a direction to the respondents to create a post for grant of appointment to him on compassionate grounds.
2. The facts of the case, in brief, are that after the death of his father on 05.10.2009 while in service, the applicant filed an application for compassionate appointment alongwith requisite documents which was rejected by the Respondent no.2 vide order dated 21.08.2012 on the ground being not found indigent by the Circle Relaxation Committee.
