Since there is a common issue involved in the O.A.s, all these O.As are taken up and heard together.

2. The relief(s) prayed in all the O.As are as follows:

O.A./503/2023:

By this Original Application, the applicants are seeking the following relief (s):

“ This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the letter No. SCR/P-BZA/535/VI/1/Level-8/SS/Vol.I, dated 11.07.2023 and Railway Board letters dated 01.12.2022 and 14.07.2023; and set aside and quash the said letters dated 01.12.2022 and 14.07.2023 along with list of employees notified vide letter dated 11.07.2023 to the extent of Sl. No. 105 to 131, duly setting aside any other consequential proceeding being issued; and direct the respondent Railways to include the names of the applicants in the field of eligibility for suitability for upgradation of Station Superintendent in Level-7 to Station Superintendent in Level-8 of Pay Matrix as substantive grade pay w.e.f. 01.12.2022 and whose names are listed at Sl.No.1 to 104 and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
