The applicant has filed the present OA under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985, seeking the following relief:
“To call for the records in order F.No.22012/04/2016- IFS-II dated 18.02.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to allocate the applicant to the Kerala cadre in accordance with the cadre allocation policy, 2008 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.”
