This Review Application has been filed by the respondents under Section 22(3)(f) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking review of the order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Original Application No. 060/00660/2019, along with, a Misc. Application No. 1507/2023 seeking condondation of delay of 18 days in filing the Review Application.

2. The respondents have filed reply to RA as well as MA.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties on M.A. 1507/2023 seeking condonation of delay.

4. I have given thoughtful consideration to the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides.
