The instant Miscellaneous Application (MA) has been filed by the review applicant seeking condonation of delay of 114 days in filing the subject Review Application (RA).
2. For the reasons stated in the MA, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the MA stands allowed.

3. We have perused the present Review Application (RA) filed by the original applicant, and carefully considered the grounds urged seeking review of the order dated
18.02.2025 passed in O.A. No.552/2025.
4. It is well settled that review can be entertained only where there is an error apparent on the face of the record or for any other sufficient reason as per the parameters laid down under Order XLVII Rule (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908 read with Rule 17 of the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules , 1987. However, in the present case, no such error apparent on the face of the record has been demonstrated.
