This application having been heard on 1st August, 2025 the Tribunal on 21st August 2025 delivered the following :

O R D E R

HON'BLE Ms.V.RAMA MATHEW, ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBER M.A.No.180/104/2025 has been filed to condone the delay of

49 days in re-presenting the R.A. The Tribunal has passed the order in the O.A on 26.09.2024. As per Rule 17(1) of the CAT (Procedure) Rules, 1987, no application for review shall be entertained unless it is filed within thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of the order sought to be reviewed. Certified copy has been received on 01.10.2024. Accordingly, review application must be filed on 30.10.2024. However, the R.A was filed by the review applicants with defects on 30.10.2024. After curing the defects, the R.A along with M.A.No.180/104/2025 to condone the delay was re-presented on 30.01.2025. The delay in re-presenting the R.A has not been satisfactorily explained. M.A to condone the delay in re-presenting the R.A is accordingly dismissed.
