O R D E R
Heard Mr. Sunil, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Arvind Goswami, learned Counsel for the respondents and with the consent of learned counsel for both the parties, instant Original Application is being disposed of at the Admission stage itself.
2. This Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act , 1985 has been filed by the applicants for the following reliefs:-
8. (i) To quash the impugned Notification dated 20.12.2024 only in respect of the post of Ayurvedic Physician (PT) at ESIC Hospital, Bareilly.
(ii) to direct the respondents to allow the applicant to work in the department to the post of Ayurvedic Physician (PT) at ESIC Hospital, Bareilly till posts are filled up by regular employees and service of the applicant cannot be replaced by another contract employee.
(iiI) To pass any other order or relief, which this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit to award to the applicant in the circumstances of the case.
