iv. Certiorari quashing office order No.

AD/FCS&CA/S/2017-18/2548-53 dated 04.12.2017 passed by the respondent No. 5 whereby charge of the post of Storekeeper-cum-Salesman has been given to respondent No. 6.

v. Mandamus commanding the respondents to not to handover the charge of the post of Storekeeper-cum- Salesman, Ghagwal to any other officer till such time the foodgrains i.e. Atta and Rice are properly measured/weighed in presence of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the petitioner was serving as Storekeeper-cum-Salesman at Ghagwal in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Digitaly signed by POOJA KUMARI
