ORDER
Present Original Application has been filed under Section
19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , seeking the following relief:-
“i. to issue an order or direction in the suitable nature quashing the impugned order dated 28.02.2024 issued from the office of Assistant Divisional Finance Manager North Central Railway- Prayagraj [filed as Annexure No.A-1 with Compilation-I to this original application].
ii. to grant such other and further relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts &
circumstances of the case;
iii. to award cost of the original application to the Applicant.”
2. Brief facts of the case are that the applicant was a permanent employee in the respondents’ department who retired on 30.06.2018. Then on 28.02.2024, all of a sudden the impugned order was issued from the office of respondent no.3 for recovery of an amount of over payment of Rs.1,31,785/- from the pension of the applicant. The applicant has challenged the same in this O.A.
