1. The present Original Application is preferred a gainst l etter d ated 18.03.2021 (Annexure A-3) whereby the claim o f t he a pplicant f or reimbursement of full medical expenses incurred o n t he t reatment o f eyes of the applicant has been rejected by the respondents b y p lacing reliance upon Rule 8(15) and 8(16) of the CS(Medical A ttendance)

Rules, 1944. The applicant has sought relief as under:

2025.10.14 “(i) That the records of the case be called, in the interest of justice.

(ii) That t he impugned order dated 18.03.2021 ( Annexure A -3) b e quashed and set aside.

(iii) That the respondents be directed to reimburse f ull m edical expenses to the applicant incurred on his eyes t reatment, i n t he interest of justice.

iv) That this Hon'ble Tribunal may also pass any o ther o rder f or t he grant of relief to the applicant which it may deem f it i n t he p eculiar facts and circumstances of the case.
