The applicant was employed as Scientist 'C' under the respondents 1 to 7, Centre for Material for Electronics Technology (C-MET for brevity), in PB-3 in Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with AGP of Rs. 6,600/-. Even before joining C-MET, the applicant had submitted an application for the post of Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the Department of Nano Science under the 6th and 7th respondent Kannur University. During the employment under C- MET, he was called for an interview by respondent No. 6. This was informed by the applicant to C-MET.
