MANDAMUS: -

ii. Commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the petitioner as Assistant Executive Engineer and Executive Engineer over above and the respondents 3 to 5 in view of the correction made in favour of the petitioner vide Govt. Order No.157-PW (Hyd) of 2009 dated 14-05-2009 in Govt. Order No.94-Works of 2001 dated 16-02-2001 whereby the name of the petitioner was corrected in place of one Radhey Nath (SC)

erroneously figuring at S.No.973.

iii. Commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to fix the seniority of the petitioner in between S.No.514-515 i.e. over and above Mir G.M. Nazki in the final seniority list of Assistant Engineers (Civil) Hydraulic Wing circulated vide Govt. Order No.371-Works of 2002 dated the placement 23-07-2002 petitioner in Govt. Order No.419- Works of 2001 dated 14-09-2001 is over and above the aforesaid G.M. Nazki (B.E. promotee).

iv. Commanding the respondent No.1 and 2 to correct
