ORDER
Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The SWP/WP(C) No. 1569/2012 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A. No. 61/2484/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court with following prayer:
a) “Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari quashing order of Respondent No.2 issued vide his No.CEJ/Court/1847/56-62 dated 12th April, 2012 (Annexure- H);
b) Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners, who have rendered more than 15 years of service as Daily Wagers and, if necessary, by issuing a command to the respondents to prepare a scheme for absorption of such Daily Wagers/Daily Rated Workers/Workers engaged on Need Base et
