1. This application has been filed by applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals, Act 1985 seeking the following relief:
DINKY 2025.09.04 i) Quash/ set aside the impugned advertisement dated
28.02.2022 (Annexure A-1) so far it relates to the applicant.
ii) Direct the respondents to continue the applicant in service as long as there is work or till the vacancies in question are filled up on regular basis iii) Direct the respondents to pay the applicant monthly emoluments of the applicant @ minimum in the regular pay scales along with arrears thereto.
2. The factual matrix of the case is as follows:
i) The applicant is presently working as Homeopathic Physician (Part Time Contractual) since March 2020, pursuant to her selection, which was interview based, after notice for walk in interview dated 13.02.2020 was issued to this effect. Initially the applicant was appointed for a period of one year which was extendable for another one year subject to satisfactory service and requirement or till the posts are filled up on regular basis (whichever is earlier).
