In the present case, the applicant seeks the following reliefs:
“(a) Declare that non-extension of the Modified Concordance Table issued as per MoD’s letter dated02.03.2022 to the Applicant is arbitrary, discriminatory and violates Article 14 of the Constitution of India ;
(b) Declare that the Applicant is entitled to the pensionary benefit on par with those accorded in the Modified Concordance Table issued as per MoD’s letter dated 02.03.2022;
(c) Direct the respondents to refix the Applicant’s notional pay & pension w.e.f. 01.01.2016 in accordance with the Modified Concordance Table for Level 15 (HAG) as per MoD’s letter dated 02.03.2022.
(d) Pass any other order as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and
(e) Award cost of the application in favour of the Applicant.”
