1. Present Original application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , seeking the following reliefs:-
“(i) That impugned orders dated 16.12.2020 & 20.07.2020 (Annexure A-1 & 2), denying the applicants, benefit of 3rd MACP in GP 4600, be quashed and set aside.
(ii) That it be declared that applicants are entitled to 3rd MACP in the GP of 4600/- upon completion of 30 years of service in the hierarchy of grade pays, as per orders passed in the case of Raj Kumar’s (supra).
(iii) That this Hon’ble Tribunal may also pass any other order for the grant of relief to the applicants, which it may deem fit in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case. (iv) That costs of the application may also be awarded in favour of the applicants.”
2. Briefly stated facts of the case are that the applicants joined as Valveman w.e.f. 24.07.1979 and retired from services on 31.01.2018 and 31.05.2014, respectively. The applicants were not treated as skilled despite many court judgements and being aggrieved, they filed OA No.
