By this Original Application, the applicant is seeking the following relief:
“This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to declare the inaction on the part of the respondents in not issuing the appointment order as Training Officer (Principal of Teaching) despite of his selection under Advt.No.10/2016 against vacancy No. 16051009528 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary besides voilative of Art.14 and Art.21 of the Constitution of India and by nullifying the Proceedings No.DGT/A- 18018/10/2017-WT, dated 13/3/2018 of the 2a respondent direct the respondents to issue appointment order to the applicant as Training Officer wef the date on which other similarly placed selected candidates were issued wth all consequential and attendant benefits and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and
