Learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor points out that the order of the Tribunal has been complied with. In Para 3 of reply, following averments are made:
“I say and submit that the office of the APO(Welfare) vide letter dated 09-04-2025, addressed to Legal Cell, Bhusaval has conveyed that the judgement of the Hon,ble CAT is duly complied with. The Refund and other all entitlement were duly paid to shri Virendra Singh Rajput through his Punjab National Bank, Bhusaval and also revised PPO No.20247-1-300440 dated 08-04-2025 was issued to the applicant and also the Bank was informed accordingly, also all the dues along with arrears has been paid to the applicant No.2 through his regular salary for the month of April, 2025 and recovery of Rs. 30000/- has paid in the regular salary of March, 2025. Hereto annexed and marked Annexture CPR-1(Collectively) copies of documents pertaining to Both Applicants for quick reference.”
