Learned counsel for the applicant has filed an M.A.

No. 4417/2025 for filing Annexure – A/1, i.e. the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 08.09.2025 in an identical matter W.P. (C) 14414/2023 titled as Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board and ANR. Vs. Gaurav Sharma & Ors. and places reliance on the same.

2. Learned counsel for the parties are agree to the fact that the present matter can be disposed of in light of the observations so made in the Gaurav Sharma (supra).

3. Since a common question of facts and law arise in the present O.A.s, both the matters relates to same advertisement and the applicants are placed identically and the name of the applicants are in the wait list which has not been operated due to issue of EWS which has now been settled by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. No. 14414/2023 (supra). Both the O.A.s is being disposed of through this common order.

4. The present O.A. has been filed by the applicants under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985, seeking following reliefs:-
