1. The SWP/WP(C) No. 1222/2006 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A. No. 61/1387/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court with following prayer:
a) “to quash Order No:348 of 2006 dated 30.01.2006 issued try the Director General of Police, J&K, by which the Director General of Polite has rejected the case of the petitioner for out of turn promotion and also to quash Order No.4245 of 2000 dated 29.12.2000 by which proforma respondents No.9 to 14 have been given out of turn promotion,
b) to issue direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for out of turn promotion to the post of Selection Gra
