Since common and akin issues are involved, both these matters are clubbed together, heard and disposed of by this common order.

2. These applications are filed by the applicants under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:

ORIGINAL APPLICATION NO.170/00528/2024 “a) Stay/suspend the operation, implementation and all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned order bearing F. No. 4-2/2023-24/Estt/NIUM/WP No. 1140/2024/1675 dated 05.09.2024 Ann-A5 passed by incumbent In-charge Director of National Institute of Unani Medicine, Bengaluru R-2 herein and also corrigendum bearing No. 4-2/2023-24/Estt/NIUM/WP No. 1140/2024/1676 dated 06.09.2024 Ann-A6 passed by incumbent In-charge Director of National Institute of Unani Medicine, Bengaluru R-2 herein, b) Pass any other interim order or direction that this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem it fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case”

ORIGINAL APPLICATION NO.170/00594/2024 “a) Call for the entire records relating to the impugned Memorandum bearing No. F. No. 4-2/2023-24/Estt/NIUM/W.P.
