ORDER
Per Hon’ble Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Member-Administrative This is a case relating to compassionate appointment, the applicants have sought the following reliefs:-
(i) To quash the order dated 07.06.2024, 29.03.2022 & 27.08.2019 (contained as Annexure No. A-1, A-2 & A-3 to this OA) with all consequential benefits.
(ii) To consider the case of the applicant no. 2 on compassionate ground on a suitable post while extending the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of V.R. Tirpathi with all consequential benefits.
(iii) Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit, just and proper under the circumstances of the case, may also be passed.
(iv) Cost of the present case.
2. The facts of the case are that the applicant no. 1 is the second wife of Wahid Ali who died in harness on 19.06.2014 while working on the post of Trackman under the respondents.
