Delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Joshi, Member (Judicial) Heard S.K. Singh Vashisth, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Vidyapati Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. Instant Original Application has been filed by the applicant on 11.04.2016 under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 seeking the following main relief(s):-
“i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order No.32 dated 11.01.2016 (Annexure A-1) and other connected orders harming the applicants.
ii. to issue a write, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents to maintain the same date of promotion (i.e. 22.06.2011 particularly 31.05.2010 instead of 22.12.2015) as ordered vide O.F. Board Kolkata letter No. DJWM- 15/SUPPL/2010/A/GB dated 22.06.2011 (Annexur
